Let’s create something extraordinary together and join our team as: Senior Enterprise Sales Manager (m/w/d) – Industrial Software Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales Cycle unserer Softwarelösung im industriellen Umfeld (von der Erstansprache bis zum Vertragsabschluss) Entwicklung und erfolgreicher Abschluss neuer Kundenprojekte Steuerung komplexer Verkaufsprozesse mit mehreren Stakeholdern Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen sowie eigenständiges Closing von Deals Aktive Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer Industrieunternehmen Aufbau relevanter Kontakte in definierten Zielbranchen Teilnahme an Branchenveranstaltungen, Fachmessen und Netzwerken Nutzung von Speaker Opportunities und Fachformaten Begleitung der initialen Kundenphase nach Vertragsabschluss zur erfolgreichen Etablierung der Lösung Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Enterprise Software Vertrieb Erfahrung im Verkauf erklärungsbedürftiger Softwarelösungen Bestehendes Netzwerk und relevante Kontakte im industriellen (IT-)Umfeld Gutes Verständnis für industrielle Digitalisierung / Industrie 4.0 Eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie Freude am Aufbau neuer Märkte Interesse an innovativen Technologien und digitalen Trends Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Themen wie digitale Zwillinge, Interoperabilität, Datenplattformen oder Asset Administration Shells Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Was wir bieten Viel Gestaltungsspielraum in einer wachsenden Vertriebsorganisation Hohe Eigenverantwortung und die Möglichkeit, Prozesse und Strukturen aktiv mitzuentwickeln Offene Unternehmenskultur mit direkter Kommunikation und kurzen Entscheidungswegen Mobiles Arbeitsmodell Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands sowie optional in angrenzende europäische Länder Are you excited about this opportunity?
