This role can be fully remote in the UK and EU (with occasional travel to our London office) within +/- 2 hours of the GMT time zone. We are unfortunately not able to consider candidates located outside these locations and time zones at this stage. What you will be doing As a Senior Product Manager with expertise in healthcare, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy to enhance the capabilities of our platform. This role is for a strategic leader who can drive innovation, optimise workflows, and align with our mission of enabling healthcare professionals to amplify their impact. You will be a leader on a highly collaborative, cross-functional team that works on Semble, with a strong feedback culture. You will: Develop and execute product strategies that address customer needs Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and market/user research to launch, with a focus on clinical experience. Work as part of a delivery team (engineering, quality, design...) and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the whole company (sales, customer support, marketing...) to deliver high-quality products. Prioritise and manage the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to enhance product features. Monitor and analyse product performance, using feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement. What we are looking for: Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a SaaS environment. Experience in the HealthTech or healthcare industry Experience in optimising healthcare workflows and automating clinical processes to improve efficiency and patient outcomes. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Business acumen and ROI orientation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management and influence skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced and changing startup environment. Experience with healthcare data structures such as HL7 and FHIR (nice-to-have, not mandatory). Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare in the UK and/or France (nice-to-have, not mandatory). Proficiency in the French language (nice-to-have, not mandatory).
