Senior Product Manager – Customer Identity and Access Management
Job Description:
- Evolve the product vision and roadmap for GEICO’s IAM platform (e.g., authentication, authorization, federation, privileged access, identity lifecycle, etc.)
- Translate complex business and security requirements into clear product strategies and actionable features
- Partner closely with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure IAM capabilities that meet enterprise needs
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on risk, impact, and effort, using data and stakeholder input to guide decisions
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and threat landscapes to keep GEICO’s IAM platform modern and compliant
- Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle — from discovery and design to delivery and measurement
- Influence and align executive stakeholders on product direction and outcomes
- Mentor and coach junior product managers within the IAM domain
- Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize IAM services for usability, risk reduction, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on identity and access management or security-related domains
- Deep knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies (e.g., SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, SCIM, PAM, RBAC/ABAC)
- Experience delivering IAM solutions at enterprise scale (B2C and/or B2E)
- Strong strategic thinking, with ability to align product roadmaps to business goals and security requirements
- Proven ability to drive initiatives in complex, regulated environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus
- Relevant IAM certifications and/pr insurance industry experience is a plus.
