Job Title: Social Content Coordinator - Beauty Brand Job Overview Our client is hiring for a well established beauty brand primarily based in the Los Angeles area. The Social Content Coordinator will become an integral part of a vibrant creator marketing team. This role is crucial in the team's swiftly growing department. The Social Content Coordinator will be a detail-oriented and well-organized individual who can effectively recruit creators to generate UGC content for the brand. A genuine enthusiasm for beauty and TikTok is essential!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with nano creators, negotiating compensation.
  • Maintain a detailed database and manage product shipments through our warehouse.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign project briefs, creative briefs, and creator agreements.
  • Discover and select new talent for various campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including brand, legal, and strategy, to ensure smooth campaign execution and necessary approvals.
  • Track and analyze post/ad performance metrics across social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Recommend new creators that align with brand goals.
  • Perform market research to stay current with best practices and new trends.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Strong passion for influencer marketing, beauty trends, and pop culture.
  • Competent in tracking, monitoring, and analyzing data.
  • Proficient with Google Drive (creating presentations, managing spreadsheets).
  • A self-motivated individual capable of prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Requirements & Package:

  • Frequent sitting, typing, standing, and walking
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs
  • The position is based in the Greater Los Angeles Area, and will work occasionally in the office, while being primarliy remote/work from home.
