Strategic Data Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst focused on Decision Intelligence to support data validation, enrichment, and business decision-making initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional reporting and dashboarding - focusing on interpreting data, validating sources, and translating insights into actionable business strategies. The ideal candidate will work with multiple data providers, assess data quality and coverage, and help determine how data can be leveraged to support new product features and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and assess data from multiple third-party and internal providers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability
- Analyze data quality and identify gaps in coverage across data sources
- Support the evaluation of new data for product features (e.g., enhancements to platforms)
- Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive decision-making
- Partner with business and product teams to explain what data means and how it can be used strategically
- Identify opportunities to improve data acquisition, enrichment, and utilization
- Focus on decision enablement rather than just reporting, providing recommendations based on data insights
Compensation: $48/hr to $58/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
