Supply Chain & Operations Manager (Europe) - Remote
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Europe, Argentina We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager across all of Latin America to oversee and optimize the full supply chain operation across our growing e-commerce business. This role will manage forecasting, purchasing, production coordination, logistics, inventory flow, and fulfillment while helping support expansion across Europe. You’ll work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, freight partners, and 3PLs to build efficient and scalable operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and can improve processes while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full supply chain lifecycle, from forecasting and purchasing to fulfillment and delivery
- Build and improve inventory planning and demand forecasting processes
- Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and 3PL partners
- Coordinate production timelines, shipping schedules, and inventory movement
- Support operational planning for European expansion, including international logistics and regional operational needs
- Monitor purchasing, inventory performance, and cash flow
- Build scalable systems, SOPs, and operational reporting processes
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements across the business
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within a DTC or e-commerce brand
- Strong experience with inventory forecasting, purchasing, and supplier management
- Familiarity with Shopify and 3PL ecosystems
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers and international logistics
- Understanding of multi-market operations and cross-border supply chain complexity, particularly within Europe
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
