Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
- Connect to various data sources, perform data blending, and develop complex calculations, parameters, and expressions within Tableau.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and translate them into effective visualizations.
- Optimize Tableau workbooks, data sources, and server performance for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing rigorous testing, validation, and reconciliation of dashboards and underlying data.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on Tableau usage, data interpretation, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features, product releases, and data visualization trends.
- Document technical specifications, design documents, and support procedures for developed solutions.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Tableau Developer, including dashboard design, development, and deployment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
- Excellent understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.
