Teacher Assistant: Digital Product Management (Remote)

About the gig We are currently looking for dynamic and talented Digital Product Management Teacher Assistants to support our bootcamps for one of our corporate customers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the Product world and eager to share their expertise with aspiring product managers. As a Teacher Assistant (TA), you will work closely with the Lead Teacher to support a group of approximately 35 junior profiles from a technical background who are currently working within a company. Your role is essential in mentoring students and ensuring they achieve their professional goals in a 100% remote environment with students from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities

Student Mentorship: Help students achieve their goals by overseeing and mentoring their work on a daily basis. Instructional Support: Assist the Lead Teacher with planned materials, exercises, and classroom activities. Academic Oversight: Contribute to the overall academic experience of the bootcamp and provide weekly feedback to the team. Communication: Facilitate the flow of knowledge and updates between the teaching team each week. Community Building: Create a supportive, energetic, and inclusive online community that extends beyond the duration of the course.

Requirements

Experience: +2 years of experience in Product Management. Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of the product lifecycle, UX/UI Design principles, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence, Figma). Data Literacy: Ability to analyze product metrics and use tools like PowerBI to create dashboards. Full fluency in English is required for teaching and all internal communications. Soft Skills: High level of empathy, patience, and communication skills. You should be organized, reliable, and have a "can-do" attitude. Education Focused: You enjoy mentoring others and are actively involved in the tech community. Position Details Format: 100% Remote (Students worldwide). Dates: October 1st – November 9th. Schedule: Part-time bootcamp; Monday to Thursday, in the afternoons (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM). Duration: 5 weeks + 1 day (21 sessions). Student Profile: Junior professionals with a technical background in product. Team: 1 Lead Teacher + 1 Teacher Assistant for ~35 students.
