OVERVIEW Augment is looking for a full cycle Technical Recruiter who will own hiring for all roles across Product and Engineering. This is a fast paced, high-impact role, where you will partner closely with stakeholders to help build out a world class team. Augment grew from 5 to 150 people in just over a year, with our Talent team at the heart of that growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own full-cycle recruiting; you'll manage end-to-end hiring for Technical roles across Product, Design and Engineering, from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Prioritize strategic sourcing; you understand the job market and the competitive landscape and bring an innovative approach to engaging passive talent. Partner closely with stakeholders across the business to define roles, build process, and understand the team; so you can act as a strategic advisor for all hiring needs.
