Job Title:Technical Writer/TrainerLocation:Frankfort, KY (This role involves frequent travel across Kentucky to meet with stakeholders and attend regional events. Remote work is supported, but face-to-face engagement is essential. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kentucky.)Duration:Long-term ContractJob DescriptionBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in training, healthcare operations, customer support or health information technology (IT).Proven ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable way.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Patience, adaptability and the ability to work with varying learning styles and skill levels.Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong customer service orientation.Strong understanding of the healthcare delivery systems in Kentucky.Knowledge of health IT systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and data exchange standards preferred.Ability to work independently in a remote setting with regular in-state travel (valid driver’s license required).Preferred Attributes:A strategic thinker with a mission-driven approach and an ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.Certifications in training, instructional design or health IT.Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and interoperability mandates.
