TikTok Shop Affiliate Specialist
The Role Prime Team Agency is a fast-growing social commerce agency specializing in TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator Connections, and affiliate-driven revenue programs. We’re looking for a high-performing TikTok Shop & Amazon Affiliate Specialist to build, grow, and manage our creator and affiliate community across multiple brands. This role sits at the intersection of creator management, social commerce strategy, and performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for recruiting high-potential creators, nurturing strong relationships, driving affiliate revenue, and ensuring our partners have the resources they need to win. Affiliate Community Growth & Management Manage and maintain the Prime Team Agency and affiliated brand’s Discord channels Recruit and onboard creators for TikTok Shop and Amazon Affiliate programs (open + target plans). Manage day-to-day communication with creators, ensuring strong engagement, retention, and performance. Proactively identify and pitch top creators for sampling, paid opportunities, and tentpole moments. Coordinate product seeding, tracking, and follow-up to ensure content output and adherence to brand guidelines. Campaign & Performance Execution Monitor creator performance across TikTok Shop and Amazon: sales, CVR, GMV, commission efficiency, and new-to-brand metrics. Build creator lists for product launches, sales events, and tentpole campaigns. Analyze weekly data to identify top performers, key growth opportunities, and areas for optimization. Support the execution of paid creator activations, Amazon Lives, and TikTok Lives where applicable. What You Bring 1–3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: TikTok Shop management, Amazon Affiliates/Influencers, influencer marketing, or social commerce. Strong understanding of TikTok Shop programs, commission structures, affiliate incentives, and creator behavior. Hands-on experience managing creators, influencers, or affiliate partners. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
