Conduct thorough title searches and examinations to determine the ownership and legal status of properties. Review and analyze property records, legal documents, and tax information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in title records. Communicate with clients and other parties involved in real estate transactions to gather necessary information and clarify any discrepancies. Prepare detailed title reports and summaries for review by management and clients. Maintain accurate and organized records of all title searches and examinations. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations related to title searching and examining. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of title reports. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws, in all title search and examination activities. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders. Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in title search and examination processes. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company. Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information related to title searches and examinations. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
