Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data across various platforms and systems. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems with a high level of accuracy, as well as assisting in data cleaning and validation processes, generating reports from the data you manage, and participating in team meetings to discuss project statuses and identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
* Accurately enter and update data in various databases, including but not limited to: + careerzynith's proprietary systems + third-party software applications + cloud-based storage solutions
- Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and integrity, including but not limited to:
+ Data validation and verification + Error detection and correction + Data quality control
- Generate reports and summaries from data sets as required, including but not limited to:
+ Data analysis and interpretation + Report writing and presentation + Data visualization and dashboard creation
- Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies, including but not limited to:
+ Data reconciliation and matching + Data cleansing and standardization + Data quality improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure data consistency, including but not limited to:
+ Data sharing and collaboration + Data governance and compliance + Data security and access control
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions, including but not limited to:
+ Data entry and management best practices + Data analysis and visualization techniques + careerzynith's proprietary systems and tools
- Provide excellent customer service when communicating with internal teams, including but not limited to:
+ Responding to data-related inquiries and requests + Resolving data-related issues and concerns + Providing data-related training and support
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of data entry processes
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Slack
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
