Position Summary AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President for Advancement and External Relations to drive its mission of institutional growth, sustainability, and community impact. In this pivotal role, the Vice President will lead fundraising, donor relations, alumni engagement, corporate partnerships, government relations, and strategic stakeholder outreach. Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Leadership: Lead major gifts, sponsorships, philanthropic campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives. Strategic Partnerships: Develop partnerships with corporations, foundations, government agencies, and international organizations. Alumni Engagement: Strengthen alumni relations, volunteer networks, and alumni giving programs. External Relations: Represent AUIB and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and community leaders. Advancement Strategy: Develop and implement long-term advancement plans, policies, and performance measures. Ideal Candidate Profile Strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities. Proven fundraising and donor relationship management expertise. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong partnership-building and stakeholder engagement abilities. High level of professionalism, diplomacy, and cultural awareness. Education and Experience Required Education: Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field. Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience. Specific Skills or Expertise: Fundraising, donor relations, partnership development, government relations, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Additional Certifications: Professional fundraising or advancement certifications preferred.
