Vice President Risk Mitigation Solutions (5662)
NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Vice President of Risk Mitigation Solutions to join our client’s team. This is a remote , direct hire position. SALARY: $170,000 – $190,000 (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements
- Fraud and payments expertise in FinTech or Payments
- Solutions, product, or advisory experience
- Strong client-facing and executive communication skills
- Proven cross-functional leadership and ownership mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a new fraud prevention division, including strategy, market analysis, and client management
- Build and nurture relationships with partner entities for seamless solution delivery
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing fraud prevention team
- Provide consulting expertise and industry thought leadership on fraud prevention
- Drive adoption of advanced fraud prevention technologies, including data analytics and AI
- Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Develop programs emphasizing client needs, service excellence, and satisfaction
