The offered compensation is between $20.00 - $45.00 USD per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities

Manage and organise calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings. Handle email correspondence, screen incoming messages, and ensure timely responses. Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other professional documents. Conduct online research to gather information as requested by the team. Perform data entry, maintain databases, and ensure the accuracy of company records. Provide excellent customer service support to clients via email and telephone. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital tools. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
