Virtual Corporate Trainer – Microsoft Copilot & AI Integration (M365) Job Overview We are seeking an expert Microsoft Copilot Trainer to deliver high-impact, virtual training sessions for our corporate clients. As our firm helps organizations adopt AI securely and efficiently, we need a specialist who can move beyond basic features and demonstrate how Copilot transforms workflows in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Copilot Chat. The ideal candidate is not just a technical expert but a compelling communicator who can translate complex AI capabilities into practical, "day-in-the-life" scenarios for business professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Live Virtual Training: Lead engaging 60- to 90-minute webinars and hands-on workshops via Microsoft Teams. App-Specific Dives: Demonstrate advanced use cases for Copilot, including: Excel: Data analysis, formula generation, and trend identification. PowerPoint: Narrative-to-deck creation and branding alignment. Word: Drafting, rewriting, and summarizing complex documents. Teams: Real-time meeting synthesis and action-item tracking. Outlook:Email coaching, summarization, and inbox management. Agent Exploration: Teach clients how to utilize off-the-shelf agents within the Copilot ecosystem to automate specific tasks. Curriculum Refinement: Provide feedback on existing training materials to ensure they stay current with Microsoft’s rapid release cycle. Q&A Moderation: Handle technical questions from users ranging from executive leadership to administrative staff. Required Skills & Experience Proven M365 Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite. Copilot Mastery: Direct experience using Copilot for Microsoft 365 in a production environment (not just trial/consumer versions). Virtual Pedagogy: Experience in corporate training or technical coaching via Zoom/Teams. Technical Setup: You must have a professional home-office setup with high-quality audio/video and a stable high-speed internet connection. Adaptability: Ability to explain AI hallucinations, data privacy basics (prompt engineering), and the human-in-the-loop philosophy.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certifications or specific Copilot certifications Experience creating "Cheat Sheets" or short-form video tutorials. Please submit a proposal including: 1.
