About the Role
As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from entrepreneurs and managers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable careerzynith products. You'll convey in-depth product and service knowledge to communicate product features, benefits, and other aspects of careerzynith Small Business Services. You'll also continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls from entrepreneurs and managers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable careerzynith products
- Convey in-depth product and service knowledge to communicate product features, benefits, and other aspects of careerzynith Small Business Services
- Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals

Requirements:
