Virtual Family Medicine Physician – Telehealth Role (Part-Time/Full-Time)

  • Provide virtual urgent care to patients of all ages — newborns to adults
  • Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions (e.g. colds, rashes, UTIs, sore throats, COVID, diabetes, hypertension, depression, anxiety)
  • Conduct 15-minute video visits using our EMR system (Athena)
  • Prescribe medications, order labs (via LabCorp or Quest), and offer wellness counseling
  • Refer patients to appropriate care when needed
  • Physicians will provide clinical supervision and oversight of Nurse Practitioners, including chart review, peer collaboration, performance review and support in accordance with state-specific regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of a 3-year Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatric, or Emergency Medicine residency
  • Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics
  • 3+ years post residency experience in a fast paced Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient setting
  • Active and unrestricted state medical license
  • Experience and comfort providing care for all ages, newborn to adult populations
  • Must maintain Medicare active status
