What You Will Be Doing:

As a Virtual PA Customer Support Specialist, you will be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on careerzynith's website and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure that clients have a positive experience with careerzynith.

Contract Length and Rate:

* No fixed term contract

  • $35 per hour rate

Skills and Background Needed:

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection

Hours and Location:

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
