You will operate as an independent contractor, leveraging proven systems and training to achieve sales goals and develop leadership skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development programs
- Conducting virtual consultations with prospective clients using video conferencing tools
- Meeting activity and sales performance targets in a remote setting
- Following structured sales processes and scripts to ensure consistent client engagement
- Maintaining a professional home workspace and reliable technology setup for remote sales calls
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to use Zoom or similar video conferencing tools for virtual client consultations
- Willingness to follow a structured, coached sales system
- English proficiency suitable for client conversations
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Located and authorized to work in one of the eligible hiring states
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable internet and phone service for remote sales calls
- Professional home workspace suitable for video-based consultations
