VP of Finance – Health & Fitness
Director/VP of Finance | Wellness Franchise A rapidly growing wellness franchise organization to identify a hands-on Director/VP of Finance to help lead and scale the finance function across both corporate-owned locations and a growing national franchise network. This is a highly visible leadership role for a finance professional who enjoys building structure, improving processes, creating financial visibility, and partnering directly with executive leadership on strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable operating in the details while also helping drive long-term business planning and operational performance. Ideal backgrounds include:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly and monthly financial analysis and reporting across all business entities
- Create and manage KPI scorecards, dashboards, and operational performance reporting
- Drive the annual budgeting process along with ongoing forecasting and financial planning initiatives
- Maintain rolling cash flow projections and updated financial reforecast models
- Build and refine unit economics and multi-location financial performance models
- Evaluate financial returns and investment opportunities tied to growth, expansion, and capital projects
- Partner with operational leadership on strategic financial decisions including pricing, labor, marketing, and growth initiatives
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions including QuickBooks, payroll coordination, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Oversee royalty reporting and franchise rebate reconciliation processes
- Develop executive-level financial presentations and board reporting materials
- Provide insight into financial performance through variance analysis and trend reporting
- Coordinate lender reporting, covenant tracking, audits, and external financial requests
- Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes, and accounting infrastructure
- Assist in implementing scalable systems, automation tools, and process improvements
- Serve as a key financial partner to leadership across operations, marketing, and franchise
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong accounting and financial reporting background
- QuickBooks experience required
- Hands-on and analytical leadership style
- Experience managing budgeting and forecasting processes
- Strong business intelligence and financial modeling capabilities
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
- Experience supporting multi-unit or franchise organizations preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate numbers into business decisions
- Self-directed, highly accountable, and project-oriented
- Experience with lender reporting, audits, and board reporting preferred
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, medspa, or service-based businesses strongly preferred
