Website Project Coordinator - (Remote)

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support website management and project coordination activities. This part-time role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and experience working with website platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage website-related projects from initiation through completion. Make website content updates and basic HTML modifications as needed. Maintain and update websites using platforms such as Squarespace and Duda. Communicate with clients and team members regarding project timelines, deliverables, and updates. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with web design and website management. Familiarity with HTML and website editing. Hands-on experience with Squarespace and Duda platforms. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and organizational aspects of managing websites and projects in a remote work environment.
