Weekend Dispatcher
About the position Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT is hiring a full- or part-time Weekend Dispatcher to help keep everything running smoothly. This is your chance to join a customer service team that values efficiency and customer care, all while earning \$25 – \$30 per hour. As a full- or part-time Weekend Dispatcher, you will find each day both dynamic and rewarding. You will coordinate and schedule technicians for emergency repairs and maintenance, ensuring oil deliveries are routed efficiently. Your day will be filled with interactions as you serve as the first point of contact for incoming service calls, emails, and messages, providing customers with confirmations and updates while troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will constantly prioritize and rank service requests based on urgency, location, and customer needs, making sure our team operates at peak efficiency and our customers receive the support they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule technicians for emergency repairs and maintenance
- Ensure oil deliveries are routed efficiently

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to pass a background check
