Wellness Coach

Responsibilities
Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives Conduct individual and group coaching sessions Assess employee wellness needs and provide personalized support Facilitate workshops and seminars on health and wellness topics Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs Provide resources and tools to help employees achieve their wellness goals Collaborate with HR and management to promote wellness initiatives Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in wellness coaching
Requirements
Proven experience as a Wellness Coach or similar role Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and groups Experience in designing wellness programs Certification in health coaching or related field is preferred Ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong organizational and time management skills
