Job Title: Independent Contractor – Fitness Professional (Online & In-Person) Company: RAWXKAYY Personal Training Position Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: Commission-Based (High Earning Potential) About RAWXKAYY RAWXKAYY is a structured, accountability-driven personal training company built on discipline, execution, and measurable results. We provide online coaching, in-person training, group training, nutrition guidance, and habit development through our proprietary training app. We are not a hobby gym. We are a performance-driven organization. Position Overview We are seeking motivated, professional fitness coaches who are ready to operate at a high standard. This is an independent contractor role designed for trainers who want flexibility, scalability, and growth opportunity within a structured system. Trainers are responsible for coaching, client accountability, lead generation, and maintaining professional brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training programs (online and/or in-person)
- Conduct virtual and/or in-person consultations
- Provide weekly client check-ins and daily accountability
- Track client progress inside our app (Trainerize-based system)
- Maintain response times under 12 hours
- Generate leads through consistent outreach and social presence
- Follow RAWXKAYY sales and onboarding systems
- Uphold brand professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Sales confidence and ability to close consultations
- Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
- Reliable internet and technology proficiency
- Ability to work independently while operating within a team structure
Preferred:
- Experience with online coaching platforms
- Background in strength training, fat loss, or physique development
- Social media presence
