Join us as a Working Student AI Data / Machine Learning Analyst Engineer and help us build AI-native gameplay analytics, automated dashboards, player behavior insights, and intelligent data workflows for a new entry in Goodgame’s Empire franchise. YOUR MISSION Build AI-driven gameplay analytics and AI-native data workflows across core game systems Work with large-scale gameplay and player behavior datasets using modern AI tools and workflows Use tools such as Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT to build and improve ETL pipelines, tracking validation, and analytics systems Build AI-assisted dashboards, funnels, monitoring systems, and reporting workflows Analyze gameplay and player behavior data to support product, balancing, and monetization decisions Help identify missing or broken tracking and improve overall data quality using AI-assisted workflows Create AI-powered personalization and offer systems YOUR BACKSTORY Currently enrolled in Data Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, Analytics, Game Technology, or a related field Strong enthusiasm for AI-native workflows, modern AI tooling, automation, and emerging AI technologies Passion for gaming and interest in understanding player behavior and game systems Comfortable working with modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar Analytical mindset with structured thinking and curiosity for solving complex problems Basic understanding of data analytics, scripting, or technical workflows Strong willingness to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-moving AI-driven environment NICE TO HAVE Experience with gameplay analytics, tracking systems, ETL pipelines, or analytics tooling Experience building small AI workflows, automations, agents, or personal AI projects Exposure to Python, SQL, scripting, or technical workflows Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Service Who we are Goodgame Studios Goodgame Studios is a leading free-to-play, online games development company active on web and mobile platforms.
