Job Summary Amazon Inc. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars and schedules for team members, ensuring appointments and meetings are well-organized and optimized.

Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations in a timely and efficient manner.

  • *

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding and redirecting as needed.

  • *

Organize and prioritize daily administrative tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • *

Assist with creating, filing, and maintaining important records and documents.

  • *

Manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.

  • *

Provide support for internal and external meetings, including arranging video conferences and managing logistics.

  • *

Support leadership and team members with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.

  • *

Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a similar role.

  • *

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • *

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • *

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • *

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in performing tasks.

  • *

Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • *

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

  • *

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task completion.

  • *

At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management roles.

  • *

Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus.

  • *

Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Google Suite, Slack, etc.) is an advantage.

Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment preferred.

Full-time, with flexible working hours.

Availability during standard business hours is expected, but there is flexibility based on team needs and workload.
