Key Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Disbursal Coordinator at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting client meetings at case closure to finalize necessary documentation and gather valuable feedback on their experiences
  • Representing our firm at various company-sponsored events, including client appreciation and community outreach activities
  • Providing support to the front office coordinator as required
  • Engaging with clients on a daily basis, delivering impactful and meaningful outreach
  • Occasionally traveling to remote offices to facilitate disbursal processes
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive client experience

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service roles
  • A strong commitment to community outreach and the ability to connect with diverse individuals effortlessly

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check necessary for obtaining a North Carolina notary license within 60 days of employment
