Job Summary

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. This is a temporary, part-time opportunity that requires a strong passion for customer service, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional service and create a seamless experience for customers via telephone, email, and chat

  • Communicate with new and potential customers to guide them through the shopping experience
  • Answer order questions and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the team to build a successful brand and achieve sales goals
  • Meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers every day
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Success Supervisor to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role

  • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the careerzynith brands, customers, and products
  • Must have access to consistently stable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and careerzynith brands
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
