Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by accurately and efficiently processing customer information and orders. You'll work closely with our veterinary support team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription orders, resolve customer issues, and explain order requests
- Examine and resolve issues to determine proper solutions for customers and center partners, and follow up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
- Complete data entry of prescriptions into careerzynith's healthcare software
- Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Work with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and kindness to customers and partners alike
- Work with a willingness to learn and grow, and be open to feedback and development opportunities
- Communicate with veterinary facilities via telephone (and other channels as needed) with various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
- Expect a significant portion of the typical business day to be spent on outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts
Requirements
* 2 years of experience working in a customer or healthcare-focused environment
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
- Decision-making skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization
- Flexibility to adjust schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
- Ability to pass background checks
