The Role

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-notch service to our customers. You'll be responsible for responding to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role

• Must currently reside in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
• Reliable high-speed internet required with the ability to be hard-wired
• High School Diploma
