Key Responsibilities

  • Solid computer skills, including typing and navigation, with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM and 90% accuracy
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
