[Remote] Business Development - Property Inspection Services

They are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in underwriting inspection services and promote advanced inspection solutions to enhance underwriting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts for underwriting inspection services powered by Millennium Information Services
- Promote solutions such as MAPS and InstaBud to enhance underwriting accuracy and streamline risk assessment
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities with carriers, MGAs, and other insurance entities
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to expand inspection capabilities and market reach
- Develop trusted relationships with underwriting leaders and operational stakeholders
- Position Xceedance and Millennium as strategic partners through consultative engagement and tailored inspection solutions
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to elevate visibility and promote innovation
- Work closely with internal teams—including analytics, technology, and operations—to deliver integrated inspection solutions
- Share market insights to inform product development and service enhancements
- Support cross-functional initiatives that improve client outcomes and drive transformation
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in underwriting operations, inspections, or insurance services
- 5+ years of proven success in business development or sales within the P&C insurance market
- Familiarity with property inspection workflows, data analytics, and underwriting technology platforms
- Bachelor's degree required; willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into client value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and operational transformation
- Experience with inspection platforms such as MAPS or similar systems is a plus
