[Remote] Marketing Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a contract role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing compliance and member-facing communications that support health plan operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and finalize health plan communications ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and operations teams to review and approve member-facing materials
  • Manage multiple communication projects, timelines, and deliverables independently
  • Translate complex regulatory language into clear, accessible communications for health plan members
  • Provide marketing and communications expertise to support health plan operations and stakeholder needs

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or technical writing, with at least 2 years in a regulated healthcare environment
  • Strong expertise in regulatory and compliance-driven, member-facing communications within health plans or insurance settings
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with compliance, legal, and operational stakeholders
