[Remote] Rhumbix Professional Services Consultant

They are seeking a customer-focused Professional Services Consultant to lead implementations and drive customer adoption for their Rhumbix platform, ensuring successful onboarding and operational value for construction clients.
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact to lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market customers. Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria
- Workflow Configuration: Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational processes, and business objectives. Work with clients to digitize complex, paper-based processes into custom forms (like Time & Materials and Daily Construction Reports)
- Configure the Rhumbix platform to align with customer requirements and best practices
- Training & Enablement: Deliver targeted training sessions for office admin teams and field users on how to use Rhumbix mobile apps for Timekeeping and Labor Productivity
- Data Integration Support: Collaborate with the product and development teams to map out customized CSV or ERP payroll exports so data flows flawlessly into systems like Sage and other ERPs
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives on pre-sales demonstration calls to address specific technical needs and relay client feedback to product developers
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Customer Success, or Solutions Consulting
- Experience working with construction technology, field operations, workforce management, or SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, labor tracking, payroll, or project operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
